Myles Garrett wants you to say n-word

The Cleveland Browns may have finally hit on a first-round pick. Myles Garrett was taken with the first-overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft and it looks like he can play.

Whether or not you care about his stance on social issues, well that’s a different.

Garrett tweeted recently that he doesn’t understand why people can or can’t say the n-word, in response to the Virginia Tech lacrosse team’s video where a bunch of white girls were singing a song that used that word.

“I will never under the usage of the N-word.. who can say it and who can’t say it, when and why you should be offended by it. Either everyone should say it or no one should it,” Garrett said.

It set off a bunch of angry tweets from people who didn’t care for his opinion. I don’t think it’s all that big of a deal, I think he was just throwing out a random thought to spark discussion. I don’t have a huge problem with him tweeting this whether you agree or disagree with him.
