Thielen questionable for NFCCG

Let’s be honest, no team is healthy at this time on the NFL calendar. If you’ve made it this far to Championship Game Weekend, then you’re probably pretty banged up.

The Minnesota Vikings are no different. Last week, they lost safety Andrew Sendejo to a head injury and now they are facing a significant injury on the other side of the ball.

Wide receiver Adam Thielen has emerged as one of the better receivers in all of football, and he’s been battling lower back issues.

Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press says that Thielen is actually listed as questionable for Sunday’s matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles.

“Mike Zimmer said Adam Thielen is questionable,” Tomasson tweets.

He’s very likely to suit up and play and will probably get his normal workload, even if he’s not 100%. That said, who knows if it will act up and if that will cause him to leave the game. As an Eagles fan, I’d like his back to act up and have him leave the game.
