Giants are all sorts of hurt

This isn’t good. The New York Giants lost their fifth straight game on Sunday and dropped to 0-5 following a loss to the Los Angeles Chargers.

But, that’s not the bad news.

Brandon Marshall was carted off the field with an ankle injury and it didn’t look good. Then, Sterling Sheppard limped off with a problem. Dwayne Harris? Pretty nasty foot injury knocked him out of the game.

How could it get any worse?

Oh, let Jordan Raanan tell you!

New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. suffered a fractured left ankle during Sunday’s 27-22 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers, according to the team.

A source told ESPN that Beckham will get a second opinion before deciding on surgery to repair the injury. It is the same ankle that Beckham injured during the preseason.

That should be game, set, match on the Giants season. This is bad. They were bad with these players and they’ll be worse without them.

Looking for good news? The x-rays on Eli Manning’s neck came back negative. Hooray?
