Bell in “great physical condition”

There have been some concerns about Pittsburgh Steelers stud running back Le’Veon Bell. He’s been holding out of camp of sorts, waiting to sign his franchise tender offer. He recently signed the one-year deal and is just now reporting to camp.

Apparently, he didn’t want to get hurt. I’m sure that’s part of it, but he also probably didn’t feel like dealing with training camp. You know, the time when players get up to speed and into actual game shape.

So now, everyone has to wonder what kind of shape he’s in. According to Ed Bouchette, head coach Mike Tomlin is happy with where he is physically.

“Tomlin: Bell is in “great physical condition” and “got back on the moving train yesterday,” Bouchette tweets.

I’m sure he’s good to go. He’s now signed his deal and as of now he’s not hurt, so there’s that.
