Thomas isn’t part of Dolphins trade

It was reportedly earlier by the South Florida Sun-Sentinel that the Jacksonville Jaguars and Miami Dolphins were finalizing a trade. While player-for-player trades rarely happen in the NFL, it does sometimes occur. See: LeSean McCoy for Kiko Alonso. What a great trade that was.
So, it was rumored that the Jags were going to send tight end free agent bust Julius Thomas to the Dolphins in exchange for tackle Branden Albert.
Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald says hold your horses; that’s not happening.
According to Salguero, there is a trade happening, but it looks like the Jaguars are going to send a conditional, late 2018 draft pick to the Dolphins, and not Thomas. That’s so much more valuable.
