Miller is out on Tuesday

I love how all of the NHL is so secretive with their injuries. Upper body injury, lower body injury, sometimes it’s undisclosed. And that’s the situation we have with Vancouver Canucks goalie Ryan Miller. He’s out Tuesday night with an undisclosed injury and this will probably affect hockey betting lines.
It’s not just that Miller won’t be on the bench for Tuesday’s game against the St. Louis Blues, it’s that they need to dip into the minor leagues to grab a backup netminder.
“BREAKING | @UBC Thunderbirds goalie Matt Hewitt will be dressing for the @Canucks tonight as back up goalie. #GoBirdsGo #WeAreAllCanucks,” tweets beat writer Elliotte Friedman.
Jacob Markstrom will get the start tonight and should be fine. He’s certainly tall enough, for whatever that’s worth. Seriously, how many goalies are 6′ 6″?
Would love to know what Miller’s injury is and how serious it is. Right now, he’s considered day-to-day.
