Detroit Lions WR Titus Young clearly doesn’t get it. He’s shown flashes of potential on the field, but he’s hardly Calvin Johnson Part II. It’s already well known that he tried to sabotage the Lions on the field in a game against the Green Bay Packers this season. Coaches don’t tend to appreciate that.
And they also don’t like it when you continue to run your mouth and make threats about quitting football if you don’t get the ball more.
Lions head coach Jim Schwartz already said that Young’s diarrhea mouth was a bad idea. Well, he’ll probably like Young’s latest Twitter comments even less.
“Oh I’m not done, if y’all going to cut me let me go. I’m tired of the threats,” Young tweeted.
What a moron. If he’s trying to get cut by the Lions, he’s well on his way. Schwartz made it pretty clear that Young was best off shutting his mouth. He’s doing exactly the opposite and isn’t nearly good enough to get away with it.
