Randy Travis found naked and drunk…look for story in future song

Well this is interesting. Just how much does one have to drink to get to this point?

Country music singer Randy Travis got himself into a little accident Tuesday night. He was hammered and crashed his vehicle in Texas. What’s weirder though is when police arrived after receiving a tip, he was laying next next to the road…naked.

Nice.

Police say he was combative, threatening highway patrol officers. He also refused a blood alcohol test, so blood was drawn at the station. Something tells us that the trip to the station wasn’t enough time to get all of his booze out of his system.

With so many country singers that love to write songs about pickup trucks, booze and tragedy, we have to think that this makes it into a song at some point.

Oh, and does it need to be said that he was charged with DWI?
