Lions’ Berry in more trouble?

This has not been a good offseason for NFL players. Pretty much everyone in the league has gotten arrested it seems. And that includes Detroit Lions cornerback Aaron Berry, who was expected to contend for a starting job this year.

Berry struck a plea deal on Friday on a DUI arrest from in late June. It’s possible that he violated the deal before he even made it.

This is completely a rumor at this point (and what’s to stop us from just passing that along?) that Berry was arrested in Harrisburg, PA early Saturday morning after a group said that he aimed a gun at them from inside a car.

PFT checked that county’s police blotter and found nothing. But did learn that the website explains that the site can be outdated on weekends.

So it must be true!

Of course, we don’t know that for sure. But, a league source tells PFT that there appears to be “some fire” to this story.
