Tiger ties Nicklaus with Memorial win

Remember Tiger Woods? That guy that used to be awesome at golf? Yeah, him. He went in the tank pretty much around the time his personal life blew up and hit the fan and got his SUV windows smashed the hell out by a nine iron.

But, could he be back?

On Sunday, Tiger sunk a birdie putt on the final hole to seal a win at the Memorial and tie the tournament’s host with 73 PGA Tour victories. I don’t think he nailed it with a Cleveland almost belly putter, but the ball went in the hole nonetheless.

The fact that he tied Jack Nicklaus in wins really shows you how incredibly wonderful Tiger used to be. He hasn’t won much of anything for a couple years, but he was so dominant before that he was already so close.

Is Tiger back? We shall see.
