Third woman comes forward to claim Cain sexual misconduct

Yes, this is a sports site, but we haven’t found anything today that we want to post that’s sports related. So instead, we’ll pass along some news on the Republican primary race. After all, OTR is a humor site too and this GOP race is indeed hilarious.

So, we’ve heard about the two women who filed sexual harassment charges against Herman Cain back when he was head of the National Restaurant Association in the 1990′s. But, you had to know that this was coming. Yep, a third woman who remains anonymous has come forward and told the Associated Press that Cain behaved inappropriately towards her back in the 90′s. Rough decade for Herman.

She says that Cain told her that he told colleagues about how attractive he thought she was. She says that he also invited her to his corporate apartment outside work. According to her, she didn’t file any complaints because she feared retaliation.

Herman Cain’s campaign has declined to comment. Probably a good idea since they bungled the explanation for the other two women despite knowing for 10 days that the story was going to break.

Luckily for Cain, voters don’t seem too fazed by these scandals. His numbers in Iowa haven’t budged. We’ll see how much longer, though, they can put up with his constantly changing answers. That and his knowledge of foreign policy will probably get exploited at some point. After all, Herman…China has had nukes since 1964 so you shouldn’t be concerned about them working to get them.
