That is YouTube’s title, not mine. This soccer referree is…ummm….flamboyant?

We couldn’t find his name (nor did we try very hard), but this guy might be more fun to watch than the actual game. This isn’t even a case of a guy being a little bit light in the loafers, he just absolutely goes over the top.
