Family Man of the Year Award goes to……Hassan Jones!
Former Minnesota Viking and Florida St. (you should be proud, Scott) wide receiver Hassan Jones is back to helping the community the only way he knows how: by getting arrested. He plead no contest in 1996 to charges of domestic battery and he got a DUI in 2006. But overall, Jones has decided that he prefers domestic assault to driving drunk. On Monday night, he was arrested for threatening his wife and adult daughter (she’s an adult, so it’s ok) with a Callaway Big Bertha Driver.
At one point, he grabbed his daughter by the arm and dragged her out of her car. He dragged her across some concrete on her knees and then sat on her and held her throat until his lovely wife was able to get him off of her. He’s been charged with aggravated assault and felony battery and, due to the domestic nature of the dispute, is being held without bond.

So yeah, he basically was swinging the Big Bertha around and banging the walls threatening to hit them in the head and the law tends to frown upon that type of behavior. It is not known at this time if he has a slice.
